La Casa Blanca Estates has sold on the Costa Blanca since 2003, from an office in Orihuela Costa. The site has to carry a live portfolio — villas, apartments, bungalows — and keep the same listings understandable in eight languages.

Buyers look across Torrevieja, Orihuela Costa, Villamartín, Cabo Roig and the surrounding urbanisations. The public site is a search-led property website: listings, area context, and a straight path to the office. Behind it, a custom feed engine pushes availability to portals across Europe so the agency is not re-keying the same stock.

The agency works with buyers and sellers from across Europe, and the site is built to be edited as the portfolio changes rather than rebuilt for each new development.

  • Listing pages with a lightbox gallery, map, grouped characteristics, WhatsApp, email and Facebook sharing, and a viewing request form
  • Eight languages — English, Spanish, French, German, Dutch, Polish, Russian and Swedish — with translated URLs
  • Similar properties, curated feed pages and a newsletter sign-up
