Sol Simple Properties
Sol Simple is an independent, certified real-estate consultant on the stretch between Mijas Costa and Marbella. A lot of the clients are not in Spain when they decide to buy or sell, so the site has to do the explaining before anyone gets on a plane.
Visit the site
The practice covers La Cala de Mijas, Calahonda, Cabopino, Elviria, Marbella, Puerto Banús, the Golden Mile and Nueva Andalucía. Buyers get a researched shortlist rather than a dump of every listing on the coast. Sellers get a valuation, presentation and viewings handled by one person who holds the keys.
Around the listings, the site carries the practical pieces overseas clients actually ask for: currency, residency, mortgages, and what is coming to market. The tone stays direct. The name is the promise.
